So I guess I'm going to explain the title a little more :lol. The question is "Why?". Why do this, why train or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do you do it for fortune, attention, helping others, helping you make yourself proud of yourself.

I think a lot of views are misleading into what bodybuilding can be all about and what it is all about. Myself, I believe I do it to feel good about myself and to help others along way and show them how to live a healthy lifestyle. It's not only important for our health but for everyone around you as well. Your friends, your family, others that might be watching.

Believe it or not you might be a inspiration to others that are trying to get there but just don't have the right motivation, tools or know how in order to accomplish such a goal. I believe bodybuilding can be the foundation of a lot of great things to come. It changes life it changes the people around you. All these little sudden changes all of sudden make a great impact on your life as a whole. Now lets be honest people are judging. People are going to judge in this world and no one is going give you the keys to the temple or the holy land that easily. Bodybuilding, living a healthy lifestyle is not easy, it's not for everyone but as role models for others and inspiration for others we can accomplish great aspects or living a long, natural, healthy life. Succeed in number if you will.

Do it for your family, do it for your significant other (wife, girlfriend, etc...), your kids but most importantly do it for yourself. It's nice to be able to go on a hike, mountain biking, play some type of sport being able to do manual labor around the house or at work without losing a second wind. It feels great and it feels accomplished. There's nothing like that feeling than conquering a certain task or accomplishing a certain goal.

I think it's unfortunate that today's society is for the most part overweight and in this day in age technology with computers, social networking, twitter this twitter that, etc... We really need to revert back to where extra curricular activities are involved in something that is active.

So in conclusion, I ask who can you inspire, what changes can you make to your lifestyle in order to live longer, remain healthy and live a active life. Challenge yourself, define goals, beat those goals, make new goals. If you feel good about yourself others will feel good around you. I believe in the power of positive energy and you get back on whatever you put out there. So I know training is tough and the dieting is rough just hang in there and keep thinking about the ones that surround you and what an inspiration you can be for others. It doesn't come easy but at the same time it wouldn't be that rewarding.
