My dad once said to me, "son, you were put on this planet for a reason..." now i know what he meant! It was to purchase this amazing piece!! :thud: Guys, the pics look frikking awesome! The detail in the head sculpt is sheer perfection! Hoping that all the Wolverine LSF's look this good. Really glad i stuck my neck out and ordered this one as it will look great next to the Iron Man 1:2 Maquette :slap Looking forward to more inhand pics and video reviews. Shame about the exclusion of the second head but hey ho :(

Mine should be here Tuesday/Wednesday next week and hopefully will send to you the first UK inhand pics and video footage! These pics have really made my Friday even better. So much epicness arriving this month!

Do you think they have a minimum batch of something like 300 see how well they sell before deciding on making another batch.
Like now this & Wolf has sold out I'm guessing some people will be anxious to drop there deposit down on Doom were before they would be happy to wait. Say the 1st batch sells out quick I'm sure SS would be happy to order another batch in being how expensive these things are. Us collectors wouldn't know any better without an ES

I think the only thing is that the scuffs on the pads are too uniformed like the guy on the other page said. Apart from that it looks the same to me.

Very good spot there Jay. There does appear to be some repatative/symmetrical scuffing to the pads when compared to the proto pic...i wonder if this is consistent with every paint job on each Wolverine or if they will all look different?

We'll know for sure when you get yours :yess: You should get yours on Monday.

We'll know for sure when you get yours :yess: When did tracking say it would get to you?

On the invoice it says as Wednesday 15th May (3 days before my birthday!!) but the shipping confirmation email says 14/15. Sometimes Fedex can surprise you...so excited mate!:panic:

:lol I bet he is as well. Does looks pretty sick though. I can't tell from Averones pics, but i wonder if it has the dirt on the boots like at SDCC.

I'm sure there will be a few more inhand pics arriving today or Monday, but yea, would be good to see some close ups of the stitching, the boots, the base and the claws.

This morning the wife gave me a dilemma and i think i'm gonna need some good advice. She wants to pay for half the Wolverine LSF as a birthday present but under the condition that i dont open the box until my birthday which is next Saturday :gah: Tell me, is that a dilemma or what! :slap

Wait a sec. You said she wants to pay half right? Then you say she can pay that half (£500) towards Doom. Looks like Andy has been lying to his wife about how much Wolverine cost. :rotfl

Its the only way Jay! I even tell her i love her every morning before i leave for work! :horror

:lol I wish i had her email :D

:rotfl

more to the point, i'd like to know what gift Alex has bought for his wifes brithday? Considering he own's half of America's cattle i'm sure its gonna cost bucks! Any ideas? My bet is he's bought her the Wolverine LSF! :yess: Good one Alex! I think she'll love it!
