That's the only use for an anatomically correct figure right now IMO. And its actually about the size Manhattan had in the comic

I will admit some of these male bodies could use a little padding in that nether region if you're going to put the body in something like spandex for all of those superhero customs. But it doesn't have to completely anatomically correct. Just a general bulge would do.
