Looks like you broke it or at least dislocated the two joints. Whatever part that attaches the arm to the shoulder is most likely inside the shoulder still.
The only thing that might work is if you heat the shoulder joint up enough that the plastic becomes soft enough for you force it back together.
What made you pull on the arm hard enough to pull the two pieces apart? I know you said you were testing out the joints but seems like you were being a little extreme for that to happen. Worldbox bodies are known for being pretty durable so I would imagine that you were pulling at it pretty to pull it apart like that.
