As if everything else last week wasn't rough enough, and the lack of sleep earlier this weekend didn't take my edge completely away from getting duped not once but twice on April Fool's jokes...
I decided to hit the [e]bay and find myself a gift. Sniped on a Grid Alien, Ancient Predator and just got sniped on a R/C Tumbler Batmobile that I've been looking for for quite some time. Ok, I give. When to things turn for the better?

I'm sorry to hear the woe Ironman. My previous couple of Birthdays were crap but the last one was great, so it can ebb and flow.
Just remember it can always be MUCH worse.

Could be worse, my sister got paralyzed by a disease on mine a few years ago. Mine was awesome this year though, sorry for the snipes. If it makes you feel better, I was sniped on the same Predator. I was trying to snipe, and got out-sniped.

I had a great birthday guys...took a week off from work (paid)...got a Legendary ML Bust...A Chan original...got some money in my pocket to blow....LIFE IS GOOD!

Sorry to hear that your birthday wasn't all that great. I know that feeling of getting sniped out of something you think is yours....and to happen several times in one day!! On a postive note: you have great friends here who obviously feel not only your moments of joy but also those of disappointment. That is worth more than it's weight in gold. Could be worse. You could lose your job like Bodie, lose your home, your health could deteriorate... I'd count your blessings in the fact that you lived to be another year older and are enjoying the fruits of your passions even though some are just out of reach. Doesn't sound so bad to me.
