I think it would be cool if Sideshow released a human hand pack of maybe 10 pairs of hands with a variety of gestures. This way, we could purchase more hands if a figure doesn't have the hand we need for display (like open hands for Indy). Maybe they could throw in an extra pair for Kit Fisto with left grip hand as well. ;) What do you guys think?

Definitely, 21st Century Toys had a hand gesture set, they were cool. I need more hands.

Absolutely. To me it's a no brainer. I still can't believe they don't include relaxed right hands with their figures. Indy doesn't have any relaxed pose hands. It's just wrong.:monkey2

It's a nice idea, the only thing is, the skintones vary on figures, and for the most part, SSC gets the hands to match the faces, so then it becomes a repaint issue unless some tone exists that's middleground enough to cover the lighter and darker shades acceptably, even if not dead right.

hot toys and sideshow both. The little hot toys conntectors to go from hand to arms and leg to foot really need to be recasted by someone and sold.

Hey Sean, I think a midtone would be great. Sideshow wouldn't even have to paint them. Have you seen the plastic skin colored ones that come with the latest True Types? The TrueType that resembles Wentworth Miller has a plastic skin tone that looks quite natural.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hands are easier to repaint than heads, if need be. Infact, I repaint all of my Sideshow hands because I don't like the dark outlines they add around the finger nails.

Sean, I'm still waiting to see progress on your Maul repaint. :tap :D
