On a related note, the alien/predator universe has its fair share of nightmarish things. I was wondering, has there ever been a human-Predator hybrid in any of the comics or novels?

i believe there were humans that underwent predator hunting training and modifications as well, in the comics.
but nothing sexual in nature if i remember correctly.

No for so many reasons.
1) Ugly face. There are few female human faces that I find to be too ugly...but as stated previously...that is one ugly chick! Imagine trying to kiss that. Now imagine giving it a good french kiss.
2) Muscles...I firmly believe that if I was physically attracted to muscular women, it would be because I had latent tendencies. I believe that nature intended women and men to compliment each other by being opposite. Women are supposed to be soft and emotional, men are supposed to be hard and logical.
3) There is absolutely zero proof that Predator women's genitalia look any different than their faces. And I wouldn't want that anywhere near my wedding tackle.
4) There is no proof that Predators are not similar to Praying Mantises in their courtship rituals.
