Downloaded Xbox Force Awakens and have all the character packs. Confirmed packs are downloaded and installed but I cannot figure out how to get to the character packs. Have quit game and re-started Xbox several times and everyte we try to play we always start at Battle of Endor as Han Solo. How do you get to pick from the character packs!? Thanks!!!

I'm assuming this is the Lego game? If you're just starting, you have to start on Endor. It's the prologue. Once you complete that, then you get taken to The Force Awakens. It's basically the intro/training area because there's some new features. I just completed the game on PS3 last week. 100% across the board. My guess is, once you complete Endor and unlock the game, the character packs should open. It may be too soon for them to be used.
