Well, he needs a holster, (which is currently being fabricated), but other than that, I am happy with him. My Det. John McClane. This is merely meant to be a representation of the character, not specific to any film of the trilogy. Mainly because I could not stand to put him in a vest and see all the ugly joints.

Head: Feng
Body: Hot Toys narrow
Shoes: Hot Toys military
Trousers: Hot Toys PMC
Shirt: Playhouse
Gun: ??? Detailed beretta with removable clip and slide

I will be sure to upload more pics when the holster comes in, as he does look incomplete now! May also give him some cigarettes too.

:D

Thanks! :)

I know a lot of people don't care for the Feng heads, but I ADORE them, they have a lot of character. Hope he makes the Die Hard 2 head available.

Cheers uscmhicks bud! I did do a whiles back for the blue tinted, gradiated DIE HARD logo, but I think he has forgotten me. :(

It is a Feng sculpt painted by Feng. :) SO pleased I managed to secure one. Has been my most wanted for ages.

The figure looks great to me. I think its a very good sculpt of Bruce from mid to late 80's. Nice paint job to.:clap

Maybe one of the newer Hot Toys plastic muscle bodies will alow you to do a Mclane in his dirty vest custom at some point.

Nice custom. I saw that one on ebay awhile back. May need a good ol repaint at some point :monkey3

Not bad man, pretty sweet likeness on it!

Cheers!

turned out great buddy. One of the better John McClanes out there

Thanks bud. :D

Cheers Tyler, the muscle body is a good idea. Perhaps I could get one and saw the neck off Bruce and send to SmallStudios for a repaint to match the body tone. Hmmm...

Tempted to saw off his neck, send him for a repaint and add a vest onto a wolvie body, but may leave him be for now.

I keep wanting to do that with my Leon but with just a Saturday toys body since you can't see the arms anyway and I just want him in an accurate vest.
Why didn't we think of this before we had them painted !. :monkey2:lol
Looks awesome man. :rock
