Yoda and Luek exclusive- Yoda's house as part of the base?

Maybe it's my lack of imagination, but how the hell could they include an in scale portion of an X-Wing or Yoda's hut on the base? The other exclusives have included an additional item like the mouse droid or an add-on like the Leia blaster, I think it will be more in those lines.

Exactly -- like Luke's gunbelt and lightsaber, which he wasn't wearing while jogging around with Yoda on his back, but it could be layed on the base.

(Although it wouldn't go with Yoda on Luke's back... but maybe be possible
