I used to enjoy that show, as well. That one and Double Dare. Both involved lots and lots of green slime for some reason.

Slime evolved for other shows over the years. As Double Dare host Marc Summers explained, most of the slime used on his shows was made of “vanilla pudding, applesauce, oatmeal, green food coloring, and by the third day, anything else that was on the obstacle course.” Yum.

I have a few eps that I downloaded back in the napster days.. Maybe someone will upload these new eps to the newsgroups.

I remember You Can't Do That On Television when I was a kid. Hated Pinwheel...but enjoyed shows like Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude, Clarissa Explains It All (had a crush back then on MJH). Glad to see them up on Amazon.

I vaguely remember Pinwheel, but definitely remember Danger Mouse and spinoff Count Duckula. There was also one called "Out of Control" that was hosted by Dave Coulier:

I don't know why, but I remember him talking about how much he loved the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the time, which when I saw the show I thought was a fake joke band.

I watched Pinwheel and Today's Special. I was 5 so I loved those two.

I watched all that Nick stuff in the late 80s early 90s. I was actually in the audience for an episode of Double Dare but never bothered to find out which episode. On the upside we got to taste the slime on the tour.
