Thanks Guys. Yes it is! Have one without the hat. Going to add a Goatee and make Calvera from the 'Magnificent Seven'.

Made it, had some string in my parts box and just cut some old leather I had and glued a small metal disk I also had in my junk box. I save all kinds of stuff because you never know when you might be able to use it. Remember as a kid I use to collect thing in my pokets and at the end of the day would empty them out with stuff I could use with my G.I. Joes and things.
