Zotz eye decals... recommended

Hiyo,
I got a set of the human eye decal sheets from Zotz and decided to try them on a female headsculpt. Pretty pleased with the results. I used the 2.1 mm size on her. You get two full sheets of eye decals in various sizes and colors. the 2.1 mm seem best for 1/6. Nice alternative for people who have trouble painting eyes.

They are water slide decals. Just immerse them is water a about 30 seconds and apply to they eye. They have to be trimmed a little to shape, depending on the eyelid. They just put on some acrylic clear gloss coat and BAM!

I needed to repaint the eyes on my Hurricane head.Don't get me wrong I liked the way it was, but one eye was slightly bigger than the other.I don't think Glen caught it before it went out.It's still one of my favorites so anyways.....



I ended up using the 2.6 mm eyes. I first tried a darker blue set which looked great, but ended up using the paler ones.Imo they look more stricking for "something" that just had its head lopped off.

i find they are difficult to get to stick to the eye, anyone else? i managed after some time and think after the varnish was applied it helped them adhere

mine took a month to get here, but... the guy had been on vacation, good communication with him tho'
