a lady I work with was telling me she went to the GA dome to see the game on Saturday and said she got into the elevator of her hotel and one guy was dressed up as Captain America and another as Spiderman and it freaked her out. i said, "wow, nerd attack"...........and for that I'm sorry.

Actually, I chickened out well beforn then and shaved the 70's porn/a-hole cop/child molestor stache. This one's actually a really good fake.

Oh, I smoke cigars for real. Once or twice a week. Love 'em. Thats an actual triple maduro I had for the Comedian (just like there was real bourbon in my flask).

I have to give it to you... it takes guts to go out and do that. I've done it for Halloween, but I am far too inhibited to do it on any other day.

Dragon*Con is its own different animal, though. Those who AREN'T costuming are the out-of-place weirdos there. Think Mardis Gras, but with costumes, no beads, and even more half-naked chicks. And a lot of the cosplay girls are hotter than hot. That said, I'd never do it at SDCC or something like that. I'm not nearly that hardcore. We all have limits to our own nerddom. I walk that line every Labor Day weekend.
