Save the Planet of the Apes!!! - PIX ADDED!!

In Planet of the Apes we follow Taylor as he discovers the horrors of a world run by apes. But while we're with Taylor one of his fellow astronauts, Landon, has some adventures of his own. We know how Landon ends up - lobotomized - but we don't know what happened to him before then. The first book in Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes will fill in those details, and will feature other characters from other movies, most importantly Dr. Milo, the chimp scientist who travels back in time in the third film, Escape from the Planet of the Apes, only to get killed by a gorilla in a zoo.

Dr. Milo went back in time by finding and fixing Taylor's ship; the second book in The Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes will detail how that all happened. I imagine he gets the information on the ship's location from Landon before cutting his brain; here's hoping Blam has come up with some other interesting events to fill that sucker with.

I'm intriqued to see how they do it. Landon is clearly struck in the head during the original hunt. The blow seems to land right where he winds up being lobotomized.

I think that it passes very well for a Dodge. Could you take a clearer picture and post it?

I already did! I am waiting for a response. I think that the head is pretty tiny and I hope that the bearded one is a little larger. I guess that my swamp King figure doesn't pass for Landon since I did not get any opinions either way.

The bearded one may be a bit larger but I wouldn't get my hopes up. it is a tinier head than I'd like it to be, but a decent Dodge for me. I actually like the decapitated Kurgan head but I have no way of adapting it to a figure....yet.
Swamp King as Landon? Not to me. Sorry. I actually used a extra Sideshow CW(?) sculpt. I think it passes for him even though the hair is parted wrong. I'll look for him too while I'm Dodge digging.

LOL, you really are worse than my kids. LOL

They are all in different bins but I'll see what I can do. I'll have to put some of them together before they could be photographed.

I even came across a few of the Yamato bodies that I picked up in hopes of using them for the custom sculpts from you, Jess and Snicks (where's he been anyway?) Hopefully I'll find work soon and be able to get back to really enjoying this hobby.

Ironman – What in the world are you talking about? What does your working have to do with enjoying this hobby? You have plenty to do!

Stop buying things and work on the things that you already have! I'll tell you that my real enjoyment comes from making these things, not buying them.
