____ yes, I enjoyed the ____ out of that movie. Going to see it again with my woman on Friday. I know she'll dig it too. How the hell can you not?

LOL! Just checking bro. I went to see it on opening night at midnight. Then I took the wife and kids that Sunday to see it as well. What a blast it was seeing it with my 2 boys.

I was just curious about the Hulk maquette because I thought you said you weren't sure about the look of his pants. I guess you made your mind up. For me the Hulk will mainly be a cost issue. I hope I'm not priced out of the piece. I can't wait to see the preview pics on the Hulkster and get some more info on him.

Got the processing thingie for the exclusive.
I mainly collect 1/6 but I'm making an exemption on this piece.
I hope it doesnt disappoint and is close to the proto.

As much as I love the Jack Sparrow PF, I had to sell it cause it was underwhelming compared to Hot Toys.
I decided not to cancel this cause this is one of the few that looks better than the 1/6 counterpart.

Actually, I believe what I said was I don't give a ____ what color his pants are. As long as they aren't white or pink, I'm in like Flynn! I'm paraphrasing from my own feeble memory, of course.

I agree about the cost. If it is out of my range, I will do my best to pass, but can't promise anything at this point. Personally, I'm hoping for a $500-$600 price tag. That I would do.

That's probably where my confusion came from on the Maquette. I'm with you on the price range. If it's between $500-$600, I'm all in on the jade giant.

That would be great, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I just hope the paints, as a whole, are close to as rockin' as the proto. Hell, if they surprise us with a gun hand, I just might let any and all flaws slide. Again, I ain't holdin' my breath or even thinkin' there's a possibility. But it would ROCK!

Yeah, would be neat if there were a few suprises for us but really, if the paint app is excellent, I won't be too upset either.

Someone who has seen this in person at his LCS mentioned this in SF:
Shield looks cheap. The sheild of the proto was a rich metallic surface, it looks dull and matted now, ie- Ultron paint job. Other than that it's solid.

I personally like the EX BD shield better than the clean shield by judging from the pics because the BD shield looks more metallic like in the movie. I am planning to display him with the BD shield even though we won't be able to see the shield from the front view

Oh boy, well, heres hoping they did some scrambling to change that. I will prob. do the BD shield as well. Just never understood why they would make a movie accurate Cap but not a movie accurate Shield to accompany it? Makes no sense to me at all.

They DID make a movie accurate shield. You just have to buy the exclusive to get it.

If someone saw it in person at an LCS it was probably the Regular Edition with they crappy shield. I'm glad the rest of the piece is quoted as looking solid.

So your saying the EX BD shield IS the movie accurate version? I don't understand why they didn't make both accurate I guess. I would like to have the Metallic version facing foward sometimes.

Correct. The EX shield is both accurately metallic and BD looking which is unlike the Reg shield on both counts.

Crystal Clear now. The pictures that I had seen of the BD version looked kinda like the clean shield so that is where the confusion started for me.

I am very curious what he looks like with the BD shield when his face facing forward. Why Sideshow didn't take pics in that angle is beyond me.
