Anton at least it is a start and at least new Horror merchandise is coming out. I love those mini Horror figures more than the Pop though i think they all work in that style apart from Ash.Have you seen the zombies in there Walking Dead mini range they are realy cool.It is a shame that Funko can only do human characters that have not appeared in the comic thats why there is only Daryl and Merle in the first mini set.
The upside is that a lot of properties seem to first get released as crap like this or head knockers, then later we get a decent high-end statue or 1/6 figure.
Almost seems like these pop items are a way to test the water.
The guy from Funko who gets all those insane license needs to be hired by SSC, Hot Toys, and Diamond Select, among other companies. They have obtained just about every license you can possibly imagine! Back to the Future, Stanley Kubrick, Steven King, Simpsons, Disney, etc. etc. etc.
