SPurs wont make it past the next round regardless who they play

My Nuggets would give the Spurs a heck of a fight. The Warriors... Not so much. Unless GS can shoot 65% every single game, they're doomed this year.

Re: NBA 2012-2013

lol you're only missing one key star. How many all-star hof do you need to beat an old, boring, tired Spurs team? Gasol, MWP, Dwight Howard, Nash, Jamison ain't enough? excuses excuses...get 'em prepared now, you have until game 4 to roll 'em out :lol

That one key super star is the heart and soul of our team. Gasol, MWP, Nash and Jamison are not all star caliber players anymore. All of them are in declining phase not gonna deny that. Kobe is the only one that could still compete in a high level but he went down :gah:

Nash is old and hurting, blake is out, so Darius Morris will start :lol

Really Spurs should win this series by default.

Ah now they suck. Gotcha. Before these guys were gonna trounce the Spurs, now, they are in their decline and should lose the series by default. riiiiight.

Whatever fits your argument, Laker fans :lol

LeBron James is PO'd he did not win DPOY :lol

Memphis center Marc Gasol won the Defensive Player of the Year, finishing 14 first place votes ahead of LeBron James, with Serge Ibaka third.

During his first media availability since the announcement, James made his feelings clear.

“It sucks,” James said. “It sucks. It sucks.”

James was asked if his candidacy for other awards — notably the MVP — hurt his chances.

“I don’t know,” James said. “It definitely sucks, though. Finishing second? Who wants to finish second?”

Was this his best defensive season?

“Probably,” James said. “I mean, I guard everybody on the floor. I don’t know if there’s one player in NBA history who’s guarded one through five (positions). It’s over with now, but that’s cool.”

Expect him to be locked in against the Bucks in Game 3.

Who you guys got in the Chicago vs. Brooklyn series? Im hoping Brooklyn because they suck imo, but because of that It will likely be Chicago.

Nets, Bulls are just too depleted. Heat will win against either team so it doesn't matter

Re: NBA 2012-2013

Just read that myself. With a 2-0 lead, they should get by Houston, but suddenly it looks like San Antonio or even the Clippers might make it to the finals.

This would have been less of a blow had the decided to keep Harden, even if only for the season. He could have taken over primary ball handling duties.

Now you double on Durant, stay at home with Kevin Martin, and let Thabo Sefolosha, Serge Ibaka, and Perkins beat you.

Y'know, I hope the injury to Westbrook isn't too severe, but at the same time I'm kind of glad. Houston worked SO hard to make the playoffs this year, and I'd really love to see them win one game at least.
