Shame about the attached sculpted hat. Kind of makes this a fail in my books. Though I still want it. ;)

1. The Luke Skywalker comes with two heads, a regular version with non-removable cowl and a battle damaged version.

2. The Han Solo will come with his correct Brown jacket and his infamous Blue jacket. He will also come with his Echo Base hairstyle and a non-removable headgear version.

3. There will be two Tauntaun heads in the set allowing collectors to choose between Luke or Han's beast.
It didn't make any sense whatsoever to call either of these figures "Echo Base" with the hats on. Now we know exactly what makes 'Echo Base' different than a regular Hoth release.

I smell Sideshow "Deluxe" releases here and premium pricing. No numbers given yet that I've found, but a safe guess is probably $250 for each of Luke and Han, and $350 for Tauntaun.

Holy moly... I was a tiny bit on the fence about these but those extra headsculpts and blue jacket have sealed the deal (I'm agnostic as to whether blue was ever the true colour, but I just prefer it aesthetically). Good work on digging up that info, pix!

Also, way it's described makes it sound like the additional stuff is standard, which is great. I'd prefer it's not exclusive so I can order locally and save a bit... Between all four releases I could probably save $200.00 in duties/shipping if they don't come with any must have exclusives.

Yeah, these are pretty much automatic buys for me at this point, though I suspect they'll be $200+ each. Glad I held onto my old "Smuggler" Han outfit.

roger roger.

hope the sculpt "fits" with that outfit.

Boba is $175. The complexity and number of pack-ins with this rivals (potentially exceeds) the recent Vader pre-order at $250, so I'm guessing not a penny under $250 when it's released. Though I would absolutely LOVE to be proven wrong. I'm also wondering if there will be anything else not yet mentioned packed in with Luke to keep him at the same price and balanced in terms on box contents.

Yeah, really stoked about the double head sculpts! I'm in for both, though probably no Taun-tauns.

Yes, I'd agree with that assessment on price ($250.00 each). Commissioning 4 headsculpts from Trevor's got to cost a pretty penny. That said, keeping the whole package in mind, I think that would be a fair price. It's twice the release Vader is, IMO.

Tauntauns are definitely nice to have for display, but I agree, they'd be the first thing I'd jettison if money or space is a limiting factor.

Can you share the link about this?, please :)

I can't get over just how good both of these guys look. It unfortunately just makes me even more worried that Sideshow will **** up the final production versions.

These prototypes look far beyond Sideshow's traditional quality level. I'd be incredibly excited if they are finally stepping up to a level of production quality to match Hot Toys, but I am going to remain skeptical until I see actual production pics.

Trevor's work has always been outstanding, but Sideshow's final production quality has simply never been able to due it justice.

That's how I understood it, razz. But shouldn't the busted head be with his headgear anyway, like in the Wampa cave? Or is that how it's going to be? No hatless head for Luke?
