The elevator scene was pretty awesome. If I ever decide to pick up this figure, I have a fun take on that scene in mind. It also helps that detolfs resemble glass elevators.

I don't think I've really seen any other photos with it on him. . There's more I want to try, I just had limited time.

I think guyver had some elevator scene pictures up a couple months ago, but that may be the only other time I've seen anyone pose him with the cuff (other than the initial HK blogger photos). Look forward to seeing more pictures of Cap!

Can anyone recommend a decent shade of brown to re-paint the chin strap & gloves, that brown colour is horrid & looks half finished to me. want them painted darker as they are in the film

I painted one a dark brown tamiya colour.
It doesn't look too bad.

I didn't use the t-shirt and substituted a HT Kerberos Panzer Jäger black shirt. It can't be seen though, so you can do the custom without it. I also sewed the jacket closed for a tight fit.

I think we're thinking of a different elevator scene. Fury wasn't there during the elevator melee. Or were you agreeing with the detolf/glass elevator resemblance?

I was thinking of the same Elevator car...
It's the same set they used to ride down to the Insight Bay earlier in the movie.
I had no intentions to do a diorama of the fight. My intention was to make the elevator car to have Steve and Fury in there.
It's the same idea, just a different angle.
