Nic Cage is very entertaining. might not be the best, but he has more energy than guys like David Duchovny or Keanu or Robert Patrick or even George Clooney for example.

Cage movies might flop and he might over do it a lot of times, but i think i rather see an actor that is over doing it than see an actor sleepwalking through a role. clooney plays the same guy every single time, yet he is more respected because?

I think Cage is a good actor.

You're on point about Clooney, I've been saying that for years.

He's in a movie on Netflix called Pay The Ghost that he does a good job in. Decent horror flick until the typical absurd cgi ending.

he was great in a movie called trespass, very intense movie and he did very well in it

I am so sick of superheroes. I don't think that's as unpopular of an opinion as it may have been during Marvel's Phase 1. My favorite superhero is Batman and I have little interest in seeing Batman v Superman. Daredevil is about the only think I am excited for. And maybe Thor 3.

I think fatigue is definitely setting in, especially once WB starts mimicking Marvel with their Justice League movies. Prepare to be inundated like never before.

I am afraid the same might eventually happen with Star Wars, but at least Star Wars is only one movie per year, as opposed to 3 or 4 Marvel films a year. Or at least it seems like that many.

The reboot of Galactica is wonderfully shot, brilliantly scripted, and impeccably acted. But can't hold a candle to the original.

BITE your tongue! Those movies were awesome. :pfft:

And yeah I agree about Daredevil so far. I enjoy the fight scenes and Vincent D'onofrio as Kingpin though. I'll definitely check out season 2 for the Punisher.

I can tolerate Con Air, but Face Off. Ugh. That awful touch across the face, the over the top acting, the doves, the boat chase scene out of no where... :yuck

Alright I have one. I personally enjoyed the movie "Maggie" with Arnold Schwarzenegger. His performance alone did it for me.

Yeah. Looking back on those things, the movie had it's flaws. I can definitely live without that boat chase scene, it was terrible. :lol
But the movie was very entertaining and Nicolas Cage was really great.
