More and more artists and companies are adopting the rolling eyes in the 1/6 space. I see no reason this Catwoman figure woud be better off without. And I can't think of many characters who could benefit more.

Most likely all of the logistics, timelines and estimated cost were already in place when he made that announcement. Him making that change probably won’t be as easy as it would for an already established 1/6 company that makes figures.

I'm going to re-emphasize the importance of rolling eyes (because I can). And because the lack of which would be a sorely missed opportunity for this character.
Your choice is between 3 static sculpts, or a single sculpt with rolling eyes and interchangeable mouthplates.
Think how many more options the latter one yields.
Take the smirking mouth alone.
Combine that with the eyes looking up, and her head tilted down. That exudes intensity.
Combine that with the eyes looking down, and her head tilted back. That exudes confidence.
Combine that with her eyes looking to the side. That exudes playfulness.
And that's only one of the mouth options.

Now, regardless of anything, I will always choose the Jazzinc Catwoman over Mars Toys'. But if Mars wants a horse back in this race, they can appeal to people by implementing the rolling eye system for their figure. But if you ask me, this is a major oversight by Jazz.
I guarantee you, all these people that voted against it on facbook, won't even complain when they see the results. Especially when they're content with what Hot Toys provides. Clearly, they're missing the big picture.
At the end of the day, @JazzInc should choose what's more sensible for them... But if they give it careful consideration, I think they might find the rolling eyes the best way forward for a definitive Catwoman figure.

They won’t do it. They already kneecapped the possibility of movable eyes by conveniently deleting one of the poll options where movable eyes had a decent amount of votes, massively skewing the results.

Yeah. I'm confident it's going to be a quality piece from jazz. Unfortunately, without the eyes, it won't be as great as it can potentially be. And much less enjoyable for photography.

Can’t argue with any of this. Movable eyes are just better. I always tilt heads since that’s more naturalistic for most poses but, if the eyes are stuck looking straight ahead, you end up having characters looking bewildered or forlorn instead of determined.
It truly can’t be the ‘Ultimate’ take on the character when there’s such an obvious and commonly produced improvement being omitted. Thanks, Facebook dorks.
But even as a suboptimal offering, unless HT announces an Catwoman asap, it’ll still be the best one on the market for a good while.
Watch Hot Toys post a tease "coming soon" Catwoman... with moveable eyes.

Oh i'm convinced Jazz doing this figure will finally ignite the Michelle Catwoman licensee across the board for 1/6th. InArt has already hinted at a possible interest down the line, HT at one point was teasing figures from Returns......just watch.
At least the guys who want moveable eyes will likely have an option.

Hot Toys Catwoman. With biodegradable suit.
Hot Toys will do a Returns Batman 2.0, guaranteed. I have a feeling this is when we’ll see them make her. As far as The Penguin goes, that’s another story, I don’t see them ever making him, he’s also the worst part of the film. I don’t see Hot Toys putting the correct finances in place to ever secure the Nicholson rights again but no one else is either so there’s no rush to Howard.

Whaaat? Devito Penguin was every bit as iconic as Nicholson's Joker imo. I'd say Batman was the actually the worst part of the film and I love Keaton as the character.
To each their own I guess, felt mostly a nuisance to me and just subtracted from the Selena and Max arc people were interested in. The scene with him playing the game on the duck is unwatchable. Every scene he’s in, I feel helplessly annoyed. I also dislike Nolan’s Bane even though others don’t, preference. You’re also probably a decade or so older than me so I’m sure that plays into it slightly but I do love the world Burton made, most of 89’ and some of Returns are fantastic, I can do without Prince and Penguin.

Not a very common opinion with that one.
Now there's a sequel... DeVito's Penguin teams up with Hardy's Bane as he seeks re-election. They both like sewers.
