did yours not come with a plastic bag around the head? or did you remove it, assuming its at the bottom of the capsule.

if so, was it tightly wrapped around the sculpture?
Mine was loose. I took it out before putting it back in the box. Luckily no dye transfer. But one side has too much volume compared to the other. I'll have to trim (which sucks, but based on other sculpts I've seen, I guess it could be worse)

Yes it did have the wrap but I took it off immediately.

Was tight but no colour bleeding I don’t think.
i spoke with a friend @nm.ct . it seems brown hair, for customs as well, have a tendency to bleed and transfer for some reason compared to any color.

my hair is flakey for bruce but that's because I'm removing the product. I'm trying to see if tianhao will tell me what product he uses for inart rooted hair since its the same as his private project hairs

time will tell and where the hair touches the sculpt. the back of the nape is stained for my bruce wayne because it comes in contact with the hair

Good news everyone. Inart got back to me about the shoulder. They said 5 minutes in the microwave should get it sorted.

Nah. I gave up on that. Whatever the solution is, I'll have to deal with it myself. Curious about @GaryPool 's case though.
Did Kit actually get a reply from InArt on your issue? He messaged me a week ago saying he would check with them regarding my missing faceplate, but I haven't heard back since.

Really frustrating issue since the faceplate they didn't give me is the one I intended to display.

Yeah. He got back to me with a video they sent him, and again with their last response.

Might already have a replacement being sent back to you or he's working on it. Was the same for the SSR Joker figure for me. Had a mark on the nose, I emailed Kit photos and I didn't hear back for over a month before he emailed back saying the replacement was shipped out.

Ah, I see. I haven't needed to make any replacement requests through OSK before, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

Glad your Joker problem got solved--SSR shipped all the Silver Knights with sculpted parts that were all the wrong colour, and then just completely washed their hands of it. Won't buy an SSR product again.
