So, my NECA exclusive Bride Monster in chair set arrived today. No shipping notice, no signature required. Odd. However, I was delighted that it arrived undamaged and intact. Even the hanger tab was not bent to hades. So....good deal.

It's not a smoking jacket. It's a bath/house robe. Why does everyone think it's a smoking jacket? I'm perplexed. I'm wearing a house robe as I am typing this. I don't own a smoking jacket anymore. You're killing me Kemp.

A little off topic but may be of interest to those collecting the NECA monsters, the Four Horsemen put up their newest Figura Obscura of Frankenstein’s Creature. The figure is based on the original novel rather than any screen adaptation. Comes with a ton of great accessories too!

Yes, it is lovely. Their Masque of the Red Death and Headless Horseman are nice too. I am hoping we get a Dracula from them next year.

Yeah a novel an accurate Dracula would be the one I want, though I bought their Frankenstein, was too nice to pass up.

Gilman showed up in just a couple of days from Best Buy with free shipping, so that was pretty great. Been out of town for work so just had a chance to look at it. Late to the game on this I know but my gosh this is absolutely the best figure NECA has put out in this line and I think the best Creature From the Black Lagoon figure ever.
