The name Marilyn Monroe shines like a golden beam of eternity, representing a century of blonde beauty, radiating in the history of world cinema. Her iconic smile and curves have long transcended mere photographs, becoming synonymous with both sensuality and innocence.

I don’t know. I like the overall pose and concept but the face sculpt could use some work - mainly the eyes?

appears to be based on this - don’t think they quite captured the beauty of Marilyn.

The 1:1 is better but there’s something off with the eyes on both sculpts.

Looks good to me :dunno

Previous DamToys statues weren’t widely available, so I wonder if this will be restricted to locations as well.

Even if a little off it is still better than most waxworks I have seen so decent display piece. If they can update the sculpt to improve it a little and actually price it affordably I might be tempted, though would prefer 1:6 or 1:1. 1:3 scale would be an awkward fit in the collection

I thought it looked really good but a little off somehow, but it looks even better in the video. I'm afraid of what the price might be lol

Should be less than what JND charges.
lol that's good to hear! I was using JND as a reference in my mind, thinking this might cost $2K-$3K, if it's less than that I might consider it!

$2400 on BBTS, that's not too outlandish. I wonder if it'll be cheaper anywhere else, I can't see it on any other store yet.

If you're into classic Hollywood or movie stars memorabilia, I think this is a pretty cool piece to own. Looks great to me.
Are you purchasing the 1/3 or 1:1 bust?

I’m on the fence because this company is unproven when it comes to silicone and these scales - IIRC, they specialize in 1/6 military figures.

The likeness is good in some angles/distance but then slightly off at other viewing angles - one of the few collectibles I can subjectively recall this discrepancy (I think it’s mainly her eyes). If this were a smaller scale, I could brush it off but at a larger scale and at this high a price, it’s more difficult not to nit pick.

Hope we get to see this “out in the wild” at a con or show.
