So it's instead of three heads it's now one head with three mouth plates?
Is that bad? Isn't that what so many here were asking for?
Rolling eyes sound cool, but I don’t like the idea of faceplates, that’s a lot of surface area. The smiling, meow, and tongue sculpts all look good currently, just make sure production paint stands. I think it all comes down to how realistic his rolling eyes will be.
Does this mean the polls are irrelevant?
Four faceplates doesn’t seem like too much to include in place of three full sculpts if that is indeed what’s happening.

Yeah, I'm with you on this. Does this mean the DX clean figure has three or (maybe) four mouth plates and the standard version has only one? Seems kind of boring. Maybe it lowers the cost of the DX over three heads? What about the different looks to her cowl (slight damage like when she's smirking at Penguin or licking herself vs no damage like when she wrecks the Department Store then says "Meow" or when she first fights Batman)? "Meow" could look a little bit odd with a slightly damaged cowl and the licking head could look a bit odd with an undamaged cowl. I suppose neutral is less scene specific and could go either way. If the DX has mouth plates maybe it could come with two heads to represent the undamaged and slightly damaged cowls. Or would that make the cost jump back up?

It looks like it may be for the normal version only.
Battle damage snarl seems like it's too extreme to have as a mouth plate so that version maybe come with a couple heads, we don't know yet. I assume it will be 2 heads for battle damage, one with a couple swappable sad mouth plates, and one separate head with in tact snarl expression. We'll see.

Well then you’re looking at two sculpts with rolling eyes for the clean version so I doubt it. Personally, if his rolling eyes can’t match Hot Toys Keaton 2.0 for example, then it ultimately seems like a step back. We can always get these repainted if we feel it needs it with more detail in the eyes, can’t do anything about rolling eyes with bad iris decals. Currently it’s the main thing holding Unreals Keaton cowl back.
Faceplates cannot be offered for the Battle damaged version due to the complete tear in her mask on her left cheek. The mask is split in two, therefore you’d have a giant seam running across her face with nothing for it to blend into.

Will be a good idea to have a head with 2 faceplates for standard (neutral and smile) and keep the 4(plus meow and licking) for DX. Checking the poll adding one of the most voted faceplate to the standard and the second most voted to the DX will create enough value so people can consider getting the DX, also leaving a good option in case someone choose the standard.

I really wanted that Tongue Out sculpt ....Hi @JazzIncI'm not
I think I need a scorecard. We went from 3 head sculpts (tongue out currently losing) without movable eyes for the clean version to one head sculpt with an undetermined number of faceplates with movable eyes? What about the battle damaged one? Still multiple head sculpts w/o rolling eyeballs? How far from accurate is my attempt at tracking the options being considered?
Like others, I am pulling for multiple heads and the tongue out sculpt. Thanks.

Too many variants at this point. Too many sculpts. Too high a price.
I want Clown to get his tongue sculpt as he seems really excited about it...

Just a little freaky
I didn’t think I’d NEED the Neutral face, but the likeness on this piece of art is just too incredible to miss even the slightest variation! I wouldn’t care what the price is so long as we got all 4 sculpts 
As a heads-up: I had to remove the poll as there were some board conflicts about running ads/promotions. Maybe one can be added later on, though.
I do hope the headsulpt with the licky tongue gets included for this release
