Every nation's got an Olympic feel-good story, here's one from Australia:
Brother's a BMX racer, younger sister only got into the sport because she tagged along to his races. They were inseparable.
In 2020 the brother crashed hard and suffered a severe brain injury. His sister was with him when he awoke from a months-long coma and she helped him through his physiotherapy til he could walk again.
At the Tokyo Olympics the sister had her own heavy crash in the semi-finals and wondered if she'd race again. But she carried on, saying she was going to aim for one more Olympics and race 'for the both of them', saying her brother has always been her hero.
This morning she won the women's BMX racing final:
Saya Sakakibara and brother Kai
