Oh man, I loved Teri Garr. She was so good in everything she did and made everything better because she was in it.

.
Young Frankenstein, Close Encounters, Tootsie... and Phoebe's Mom.

She even did a bit in Batman '66
Sad to hear, RIP.
Whether doing drama or comedy, she was always so charming and fun to watch.

Was she on Batman 66 too? She definitely would have made a terrific Joker's moll.
I remember her from that bizzar Trek spin-off pilot, where she's the "groovy" dressed companion to the time-space traveling Dr Whoey Garry 7, she even steals his Sonic-Screwdriver Servo-Pen (which I think came first) :lol
66 Trek and Bat 66 shared so many guests and extras, I'm not surprised if she was in both!

She was amazing in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Watching that movie after parenthood made me have so much sympathy for her.

I am constantly watching David Letterman clips on Youtube and she was clearly one of his favorite guests. Probably due in no small measure to her incredible attractiveness back in the day.

Her death saddens me in a way many celebrities don't. She always seemed so genuine and pleasant, had a unique charm to her, and I think she was implanted on my young brain as a constant of the world.

RIP. As an actress she was just super likable. She really blew up for a while there in Hollywood like late 70s through the 80s.

" I assist Dr. Frinkensteen in the laboratory. We have intellectual discussions ... As a matter of fact we were just having one as you arrived,..." :lol

Although as usual Igor totally steals that scene. :lol

This was super sad.

sometimes you see actresses and think of them that way. She will always look like shes in young frankenstein.

Sharon Stone the same, always be like how she looked in Total Recall to me.
