Sadly, I think that's exactly the kind of Star Wars movie that KK and gang actually enjoy. They probably use words like "deconstruction" and "flip the narrative" alot to sound impressive.
Yep. Members of the all-female "Story" Group were openly mocking fans when TLJ and TROS came out IIRC by posting pics of themselves holding mugs that said "Fanboy Tears."

I think it may have even been as recently as The Acolyte that it only just began to occur to them that maybe that was a bad idea.

Good news, none of that is true.

The Star Wars Story Group is not all-female.

And the group never mocked fans by holding mugs that said "Fanboy Tears." The closest thing I can find to what you're talking about is when the RebelForceRadio podcast group posted an altered image of a Star Wars Show host, someone who was not a member of the Star Wars Story Group. And the image in question was from 2015, two years before TLJ released.

True, Pablo Hidalgo only cross dresses on weekends. during story group time he is all male so you have a point.

Apparently Luke on the canon formed yet another part of the infamously deleted Wampa terrorizes the base narrative.

Here’s a quote from Jon Knoles in Star Wars Insider, Issue #33...:

“We knew, for instance, of the scene where a wampa actually broke through into Echo Base and mauled a tauntaun (and possibly some Rebel troops) and a scene where Luke actually took over an auto-laser cannon and blasts a wampa or two. The wampa filmed in this shot looked absolutely hilarious with a big fluffy face and metallic round eyeballs. We saw the picture in a Kodak shoebox Photo CD that Lucasfilm Ltd. provided us with some time ago.”

:lol
According to these images, Luke is in his pilot’s uniform. I can only place this scene logically as falling somewhere between the time Luke leaves 2-1B and the time he gets into his snowspeeder to fight the walkers. Maybe he ran into a few Wampas on the way? If you look closely at the larger picture of the wampa, you’ll notice that it appears to have just been blasted in the gut and you can see little sparks flying. Was this the blast from Luke’s cannon?

Surprised Kenner/Hasbro been sitting on that unmade (afaik) vehicle toy for over 4 decades!

Edit:
Just looked and of course fans already made their own. And it's probably already got it's own expanded universe comics and novel adventures :lol
