I did the same to mine.
Just in case: for me, the toughest part of the mod was the trousers, tights... in the crotch area.
You need to push them up, high enough so that they are not too low, and this way when doing poses you don't risk tearing in the crotch area...!

I went back and pulled the pants up a bit more it looks significantly better and is better for posing as you said!
I ended up doing little futzing to line things up with the pants and boots etc. and pulled the pants up a little more than pictured here, but yeah I love how she looks with the pants pulled up a bit …

This figure is really something special with a seamless body. I want to go that route one day with mine.
When you swapped the bodies are the hands & Heads held on with blue tack or were they able to peg in?

I am using a version of blue tack called Tacky (from Hobby Lobby) with the head, it is working pretty well.
With the hands I wrapped the wrist pegs with some plumbing tape. This is working really well and is keeping the hands on very securely. It seems like I can easily swap the hands without any problems.

I combined the approaches from the video and a series of pictures a few pages back. For instance one approach indicates separating the neck collar piece from the back of the costume while the other approach does not seem to require it. I try cut costumes as little as possible during mods, so I chose to remove the shirt without detaching the collar.
Overall I found that taking the arms off the original body and being patient really pays off with this mod ...good luck @adamdoom89 !!!!
