Crazy how they had to many cooks before and it worked. I just think they don't know where to go next with these characters

My expectations were low and this surprised me. I didn't think Mackie could pull off a Cap movie but he did.
Not quite sure how did all that stuff without the serum mind. Probably the best MCU anything bar No Way Home and Deadpool 3 since Endgame.
6.5/10

I really think they missed an opportunity with Ford as the President on Air Force One and did not say:

As always, the villain was Marvel's "too many cooks" modus operandi, beholden to Disney's self-fulfilling fear of losing shareholder value.
I wish they spent time developing villains.

It really felt there were 3 villains all having to do with different movies spliced into one.

None got character development really. I am glad this hero movie era is over.

Tired of the era where nothing new happens.

Having all the characters works great in the comics, but it takes a lot of discipline and skill to make each one work on screen, and I think Feigi just ran out of talented creators who knew how to make that happen.

Plus I think audiences became far more attached to that core Phase 1 group than Marvel expected, and so once their stories were wrapped up with Endgame audiences decided it was time to move on.
Definitely true , But I think it also confusion.

People just cannot handle the plot lines, they cannot keep up. Most movie goers (and TV watchers) can barely keep up with the names of the character in a show or movie.

After a while, I even had to admit the story lines were just too much detail, and you did need to start seeing every single film to keep up. And I am a marvel fan.

Its too many characters , too much lore, and bad guys that just do not resonate.

Really not sure why we'd be rooting for this film to fail.
It was better than Love and Thunder. Does it not then deserve to outperform that particular abomination?

I'm gonna have to assume here: You want the movie to fail because you preferred Bucky instead of Sam.
Which, if that's the case, is a choice. But it's not one I really understand.
its not just that but the troubled reshoots and the awful handling of the story and the lack of hulk and the silly ending etc.
thor 4 might be bad, really bad, but this one was so troubled.
and yeah, the awful handling of bucky.
