That may all be true, but I think it's more that the movie just wasn't working on any level. As there clearly has to be some original footage left in there, and yet there's no part of it that really works or feels remotely worth being on the big screen.Must have been a number of things. I've heard Disney got cold feet with the political allegory, and also this movie and Thunderbolts were supposed to release in reverse order (same shuffle that hobbled No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness) so then when the schedule changes the stories and consequences had to change.
You can see bits and pieces of other versions. Sabra is wearing an MCU costume under a jacket in one scene. BTS photos exist of Sam and Betty Ross at a funeral (gee, I wonder who). McDonalds made happy meal toys of Serpent Society characters in actual costumes.
I really hope somebody leaks an old script, or at least a summary. This is the stuff I am dying to know.
Mark Ruffalo can;t act. Some guys have just a monotone voice and he does. Maybe he can, but he;s a terrible banner/hulk.I want Ruffalo gone.
New Banner please doesn’t have to be Norton but i’ll be ok if he returned, which won’t happen.
Leave Liv she’s great.
Bring back the Hulk design from TIH.
Time for a real Hulk.
They started talking about other worlds/universes at the end and I am like, we just had Infinity war thanos celestials and so on....and the big reveal is more worlds/another universe...I guess it's a hint to the Fantastic 4 or the X-Men?That may all be true, but I think it's more that the movie just wasn't working on any level. As there clearly has to be some original footage left in there, and yet there's no part of it that really works or feels remotely worth being on the big screen.
They kept trying to name drop Captain America Same Wilson a LOT!!!
It was to try to convince the audience this is your cap and like it.
It also felt like there was no real villain. I think it was suppossed to be Ross as he seemed to be the main star, Then the Leader was some sort of background main villain, then they had that Isiah Bradley guy, I honestly barely knew, but he was suppossed to be a big deal and he had a sort of winter soldier mind control plot involving sell phone music.
Marvel is such a mess and they keep trying to make more movies.
The entire production looked bad imo. I am not sure if our eyes are getting better or the CGI is worse. The 3D characters and a 2D backdrop looks immersion breaking constantly.
Watching the movie, I realize I prefer heores who keep their secret identities rather whatever this movie is. It adds more intrigue.
The movie kind of also felt like a videogame because the powerups by Captain America and lack of physics. One moment there is a sonic bomb and the next nada. A plan explodes next to Captain Falcon America and physics all disappeared.
Why did they reshoot the movie so much? Did that diamond back chick really stir things up thst much? Was the original story so offensive or whatever that they needed to spend that much money

I did hence I made so many posts about it...who was the main villain to you?Did you even see the movie? The main villain was very clear if you watched it.
He felt a bit like the Baron Zemo type from whatever movie he was in. I can't remember.a lot of it was test screenings. they didn't like it.

That explains why Bucky is suddenly running for Congress in this film. Completely out of the blue and unexplained.Must have been a number of things. I don’t believe you cause the villain was very clear. If you can’t tell then that’s a problem with you not the movie.I did hence I made so many posts about it...who was the main villain to you?
Very clear yet you couldn't even answer the question about who was the main villain to you.I don’t believe you cause the villain was very clear. If you can’t tell then that’s a problem with you not the movie.
Yeah not falling for that bait.Very clear yet you couldn't even answer the question about who was the main villain to you.
