I picked up the web exclusive versions of both Bela and Nosferatu and the dio peices on those are excellent quality and made almost entirely from polystone, the Nosferatu door is so heavy I'd be nervous having it on a detolf shelf. Probably go for the web exclusive on this unless the price is crazy high.

Frankenstein's monster is up for presale!
I purchased the deluxe. And now we wait forever.

Lost my virginity and I went all in! LOL. Got my order placed for the Exclusive! Super excited for this to be not only my first Kaustic Plastik/Infinite Statue figure, but my first horror figure. Like all other companies, I hope the production piece looks as good as the prototype. This thing looks amazing! I thought the cost was reasonable and I love the way the wall & door bases connect to add depth - really nice design detail. Looking forward to adding more Universal Monsters to my collection, especially Bride of Frankenstein and Wolf Man.

It looks great.
The likeness is juuussst a bit off, especially the side pose:

Maybe it's the forehead right above the eyes that is too exaggerated? Here's a screencap from the movie:

and he doesn't have the stocky proportion of the monster in the movie (wide shoulders, etc):

But this is the best Frankenstein's monster 1/6 figure to date, so I gotta have it.

The exclusive version with the doorway.. is it web exclusive, or can it be purchased anywhere else?

I went with the standard from KO. Just don’t have the space for DX. So glad to have ordered this! Loooooonnng wait aside, super happy to add another iconic Silver Screen Universal Monster to the collection.

So do people order figures directly from Kaustic Plastik or wait until they hit US retailers? Frankenstein’s monster could be my first serious consideration.

I wanted the Phantom, but the overall set was a bit more than I wanted to spend on that particular character.

I ordered my Hammer Deluxe EX set off Sideshow. I’m not sure if they typically get a small amount of the exclusives for KP’s releases or if that was an anomaly. Probably for sure they’ll have the standard and deluxe. I also remember getting my set from SS well before a lot of people got theirs directly from KP.

Ordered the deluxe version only as i can't justify forking out another 225 quid more for the doorway diorama, nice and all that it is. The wall and chair are more than enough for my display.

Again i would have preferred two different head sculpts (one snarling) rather than two polystone dioramas.

Normally, I would wait to order from Sideshow, but I am choosing to not purchase from US vendors currently, (apologies for getting political) due to the trade issues between Canada and USA.

I'm guessing it can be purchased anywhere, as it doesn't state that it's exclusive only to the KP shop.

Don't see any value in anything but the standard here. The dioramas are nice but very pricey for what they are, not to mention space hogs.

No extra heads or anything to tempt me into the deluxe.

Are there any reliable Hong Kong retailers to order from? Don't say Toyswonderland or whatever they call themselves these days 😂

Sideshow or direct with KP will incur import fees in the UK since the Brexiteers got their way.

I usually go with Sideshow, or BBTS. Historically speaking, Sideshow tends to get the figures first, while customers that purchase from KP directly end up waiting several months more. It’s kind of crazy.

Looks like you can buy the door separately. Thinking of ordering a deluxe through Sideshow when they put it up and only order the door through KP to keep that international shipping down.
