I thought I would jump in on this thread because it is perfect for me lol
Here is a piece I commissioned a few years back from the brilliant Roostercat

and I recently have just finished my final piece for my college degree, which I chose to make a full size Velociraptor Mongoliensis (minus Feathers)

I remember growing up I always wanted the T-Rex that Kenner made. It was one of the things I always wanted never got.

Oh man I loved the toys as a kid, even though the humans never looked at all like their on-screen counter parts. Always wanted the T-Rex and the trailers from TLW, but never even saw them in the uk.

I'd probably bite if the new film had a decent toy line.

Wow those Papo's look awesome :rock

Those pics sold me, as did their amazingly low price tag! Picked up the green TREX on Amazon for $16 and he'll be here tomorrow :rock

I'm hopefully going to pick up some Papo T-Rex's soon. You can only get their first Rex release in brown now though and I can't seem to find the grey/green version anywhere (only the running second release). For anyone that has a brown Rex, just how brown is it in person?

A little darker than a tan colored pencil. They sell these at Hobby Lobby if ya got one, go check there bud.

Thanks for the compliment! The brown is not that light, mixture with dark brown and dark grey
