I don't know why anyone is risking it. I and many others got screwed over with Sulu. I wouldn't bank on other retailers getting the figures at all after that. That's why I went with QMx directly.

Owning it, I can tell you that the hair is definitely not too dark. If anything, it's got a similar base colour and more detailed highlights throughout it. As a result, it actually appears a little lighter. The paint apps are better too. I quickly threw a comparison of an image from MCW Toys...

Just got notification my one's out for delivery. Can't wait. The perfect way to end the year too - I started my Hot Toys collection with the BvS Battle Damaged Armored Batman early in the year, and my final Hot Toys figure arrival of the year will also be a Batfleck!

Cancelled my BBTS order and went through QMX. Sure I got screwed with their ridiculous international shipping rate (double that of BBTS), but I'm not risking them screwing me over again like with Sulu.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but what else is there? When you said you'd finished up Kirk and Spock, did that mean all figures were manufactured? If so and QMx has received them, what is there that's left to do?

I am beyond confused. So nanjin claims (and I'm not doubting) that both Kirk and Spock have been delivered, but there's no news on when retailers will be getting the figures to ship to us?

I left them a rather lengthy post when they asked for feedback re: posting spoilers on their facebook page a couple of days ago. It referenced their lack of communication etc too. Yet to receive a response, but if they want to turn things around they really should be responding to requests...

Well, that's something at least. Thanks for your efforts. QMX can jam it though. Ordered through a retailer for Sulu on the day it went live. Had to pay in full to get a lower pre-order price. Not cool if they're straight up lying, acting like there's stock coming when nothing's being made at all.
