    Present Toys - 1/6 PT-50 & PT-51 T-800 Terminator (Battle Damaged)

Sorry, this is just not true. You can indeed copyright a shape. For example, logos are copyrighted shapes.

    Present Toys - 1/6 PT-50 & PT-51 T-800 Terminator (Battle Damaged)

Can the DX13 head go on this thing's neck? (i.e.: is that electronics box plugged in like a regular sculpt?)

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Next Generation" Figures

I think staining from black fabric is basically impossible to avoid entirely--I'm sure if I popped the head of my ROTJ Luke I'd see it there, too. The problem with the QMX release was that the staining extended way behind just the part of the neck hidden by the collar.

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Next Generation" Figures

I just got mine today. I'm really happy with it. The likeness doesn't feel quite right straight on, but when you give it a quarter turn it's Spiner all the way. The uniform in particular is fantastic; I'm really happy it didn't end up looking like the QMX version. You can tell there's some...

You definitely need to contact them.

Hot Toys THE BATMAN -1/6 Batman / Batman deluxe / Batman + batsignal set

I'm less concerned about the collar, but the cape wrapped around his neck like a beach towel looks dumb as hell. I'm really surprised they got it so wrong considering it was correct on the prototype. I ordered both versions--but I'll certainly be correcting the cape on the HT.

Hot Toys THE BATMAN -1/6 Batman / Batman deluxe / Batman + batsignal set

Crazy they got the cape attachment so bad on the stock figure. Very curious if just pulling the tab down lower fixes the issue, or if these modders are doing and actual mod (i.e. separating the ends of the cape and velcroing them to the chest separately).

Hot Toys Batman (1989) Batmobile (Reissue)

Joost isn't just eyeballing the movie on his TV to get the details right. If he's used this colour, it's presumably because he has actual references demonstrating that this is the colour used on the actual car, regardless of whether it's apparent on screen.

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

90% of the pictures where someone claims a company has "updated the headsculpt" on a prototype are just the same sculpt with different lighting or more clear/less clear photography. It's actually bonkers.

1/6 Hot Toys - DX23 - The Mandalorian: Luke Skywalker (DELUXE VERSION)

Has staining been an issue with this figure? I noticed the cloak has some kind of inner lining this time. Did that resolve the issue?

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Next Generation" Figures

I'm curious if we're going to see the same neck staining over time on this figure that we saw on the QMX Picard. It seems to be an issue any time a figure uses dyed black fabric. Looking forward to getting mine, regardless.

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

Wow, that comparison really puts the HT to shame, and definitely makes me feel like a bit of a chump--but at the end of the day, it's double the price, and I'm just not willing to spend that. Hell, I'll presumably be saving another $200 USD or more just by virtue of the fact that I can pick up...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

I don't have a horse in this race because I am simply not putting down the requisite cash for a piece like this (and don't need another Joker), but I don't see how this claim could possibly be believed. The prototype is painted by one of the best painters in the world. Unless this person is...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

Bonkers. Honestly, the HT one looks great, and even if it didn't, I'm happy with my InArt, too. While the regular sculpt here looks good, it doesn't look $1,700 better than the InArt or HT. The paint looks good, if somewhat stylized (and this is the one area where perhaps InArt didn't deliver...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

Do we know the price for the basic version, or just the two pack? Not really interested in this, just curious.

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

I hope they deliver; the stand is a major pain point for me with the Joker release. I was extremely careful, and the thing still fell over in my display.

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

I don't disagree on any particular point, except the statement that output isn't what matters. The output definitely matters, because it caps how much of the market InArt even has the opportunity to take. I'm not really here to argue with anything you said, just saying that when InArt starts...

Hot Toys THE BATMAN -1/6 Batman / Batman deluxe / Batman + batsignal set

Because of the wires, the way it sits on the shoulders doesn't look very natural and gives it a rounded appearance, in my opinion. Too bad neither company offered a figure with both a wired and drape cape.

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

Honestly, while I'm sure they're very aware of InArt and the various quality of life improvements inArt is bringing to the hobby, and are likely factoring InArt's moves into their decisions, I sort of doubt they're feeling much pressure yet. Right now InArt is putting out about two figures a...
