I must have just caught someone in a good mood. All I know is that they were able to take my order and it reflects that in my account. Im glad I was able to get one though. Captain America is by far my favorite hero.

So I actually ended up calling customer support, calmy laying out my problems with the process, explaining that after 3 hours this was on them to make the situation right, and they were able to let me place an order over the phone. That sure was a lucky break.

From what I've heard while he will be a transition doctor, he is poised to be in 3 episodes next year. Given his massive popularity he would probably justify a new figure, but after the complete mess of the "definitive edition" likenesses, I just don't trust Big Chief to get it right.
