EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Yes on fulfilling complete bridge crews for TOS and TNG, plus specific characters from the assorted movies. After that, I'd love to see all shows and movies represented to a significant degree. The more the merrier. I don't mind the initial releases being FC Data and then Picard. Because the TNG...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Re: EXO-6 "Star Trek" 1/6 Line That's cool. This is an art form, which like all art, is subjective. I think that EXO-6 will produce a wide array of choices from many Star Trek eras we can pick from. I definitely want to see a lot of TWOK thru TUC in sixth scale, but a few from TMP...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

EXO-6 is creating a temporal vortex -- time travel! Soon, they will begin to assimilate Earth with billions of amazing, hyper-realistic Star Trek figures in 6th-scale. Resistance is not only futile, but desirable!!

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

I'd definitely be happy with some TMP offerings in sixth scale! Since EXO-6 increases artistic phaser power by channeling it through the main engines, if they go into anti-matter imbalance because of lack of interest in TMP figures -- the artistic phasers would be automatically cut off. I...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

I feel like a kid who can't sleep on Christmas Eve! :clap This sparks my daydreaming hopes that we eventually get 1st-season TNG bridge crew; green wraparound tunic TOS Kirk and even a TOS Commodore Matt Decker.

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

That's a beautiful sculpt. I love it. I am very excited about your new business venture! I'll be getting anything you make in TOS and TNG, plus select characters from some of the other spinoff shows and alternate timelines. I will be saving my dollars to get as many as I can.

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

I'm 100% sold on this great-looking figure. This will be the best Pinocchio figure I've ever had.

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

I hear you... this is a somewhat of a reluctantly enjoyable dilemma to have, mostly because of the cost involved. I love the QMx figures, so knowing that EXO-6 will be recreating everything they made under the QMx license has pluses and minuses. I've decided to keep the ones I have, and also get...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Oh heck yeah. I have no doubt we'll be getting Russian Navigator Davy Jones for sure!

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Absolutely. Those will be greatness. I'd even like to see Nanjin make Kirk and Spock from TMP.

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

This is a dream come true! Nanjin, you are a saint and a passionate Trekkie who has the abilities/talents to realize these dreams. You are much appreciated. There are so many specialty figures I can think of it would be difficult to choose. How do you foresee the process by which we can submit...

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

Yes -- I mean materials used, weave pattern of fabric, fabric dyes, arrowhead execution/accessories. The whole shabang. I'm not really concerned about it, because Nanjin is the captain of his ship now. He cares about his crew.

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

This is great news! The sheer number of potential characters to realize in 1/6th scale for the Star Trek universe would be enough to fill the entire Alpha Quadrant. The upcoming First Contact Data figure looks fantastic. I will be supporting this company as much as I can, and the first offering...

    Chronicle Collectibles 1:6 Conan

I guess Chronicle Collectibles is bankrupt? Got a bunch of emails from Partial.ly payment stating that Chronicle will not be able to fulfill this order, and I'll be getting a refund in 5 to 10 business days. This is very sad and disappointing.

    Another addict from Oz

Sounds like you have a very unique collection that you've added accuracy and details to the already high-quality figures. Kudos to you sir! I am definitely a Hot Toys addict. Started with Iron Man MK III, MK 33 and Star-Lord. Those were going to be the only ones I would allow myself to buy. The...

Nice! The paint apps on V2 Kirk and Spock look great -- even better than V1. To me, the V1 Kirk and Spock have that Season 1 and 2 looser-fitting tunic, and these new V2s have the more form-fitted tunics of Season 3. I appreciate both versions.

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

I like your approach...very straight forward and direct. Looks like you got a final result with a nice thin edge that will be flush against the neck on the figure body. I may need to try it again to get a fit like that. I've already drilled-away too much of the neck. Thanks for the demonstration.

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

I of course also love my original QMx Picard by Nanjin and his creative team -- it's great. Waiting around for QMx to produce Data, Geordi, Riker, etc. seems unlikely now, so the earlier TNG uniform idea was a good compromise -- just so that Picard is not alone. This was my first ever attempt at...

QMX Star Trek General discussion thread

I got lucky on my QMx Picard because all of the neck staining happens well below the mandarin collar. The extra Picard I picked-up had really bad staining up to the jawline. I used a Hyper Tough 1.5-Amp Rotary Tool kit I got at Walmart for $16. It has a cord, which I prefer -- and it does a...
