Has anyone tried to cancel their order with eFX? I ordered the cap shield a while back... but sadly I need to cancel it now. I've sent a few emails and to date have nothing from them confirming the cancellation. I tried calling the number on their site... but it's out of service? Do they just...

Got mine last night... I love it... but the collar part seems a little off. I can't really move his outfit around his chest at all. Don't wanna ruin it either. Starting to grow on me like that... but I don't know :gah:
