I thought everyone knew that you had to cut the tape to get the bags off the hands.
Clearly that idiot didn't.
That's what he gets.

its not my vdo budd, and id agree with you

Yeah, i assumed as much, lol.
I always have a scalpel at the ready for an unboxing and VERY carefully, slice that tape on the forearms and the boots.
I've never tried just hauling them off.
And that vid makes me glad.
I bet that clown would complain to SS for a replacement just for his own stupidity.

Got mine last night... I love it... but the collar part seems a little off. I can't really move his outfit around his chest at all. Don't wanna ruin it either. Starting to grow on me like that... but I don't know :gah:

Wow, rude and harsh. :lol

I've taken the plastic bags off the hands on hands and boots like that before, especially if they're not wrapped tight. Never had any problems. Sometimes the hands don't even have the tape. I don't think that guy deserved that. The whole forearm shouldn't have ripped out of the joint. The good news is it's most likely fixable for him as long as he gets it up the sleeve. The tight costume is going to make that a pain in the *** though.

I like how he just sort of pauses for a moment, then puts the figure right up to the camera like, "look at the sculpt". :rotfl

That's what these creepy dudes who don't talk in their un-boxing videos yet leave the background noise on get... LOL j/k

Yeah you have to feel for the guy on the YT video but dam Username tore him a new one and then DiFabio summing up the scene was priceless, you couldn't help but laugh.

I laughed only because I felt very uncomfortable! Hahaha. I would be so pissed if I **** the bed like he did.

I think that video will become a 'go to' video on how to handle your figures straight from the box and I suspect the occasional laugh.

My 89 Keaton came with a loose arm that I may or may not have caused (I really don't know) but ever since then I've become extremely careful about tugging on the limbs. That guy learned his lesson

That would have been a hard one to swallow and yeah I think that guy will have learned his lesson.

I stand by my comments, lol.
I don't know about you guys, but i pay too damn much money for these things to break them taking them out the box!

And rightly so. These figures can break even if you handle them softly, softly so the guy on the YT video learned a harsh and brutal lesson.

And as you say Username these things aren't cheap.

I've done both, but not recently mind and never with an HT. But, damn the pause just makes that video! :lol

I cross my fingers that something like that doesn't happen to me but the way he briefly paused as he realized that he just broke the arm was priceless. :lol

I can only imagine his face when that happened.
