I get the impression Exo accounts for collectors of that mind. Shran's not just part of their ENT line, he's also in their "Out of this World" collection, which seems like a go-to for folks with a species checklist that umbrellas all the individual shows they're from.

I love the show but these don't really do anything for me. I'd take a live-action crossover Mariner in the main 1:6 line however. I can see them appealing to a lot of contemporary Trek fans though, if they're priced reasonably and distributed effectively.
