The problem is the deals are essentially the same as they are for every other event or when the item in question is a deal of the day. Not much or anything is getting some super crazy discount to incentivize me more than normal.

It’s because he’s essentially a blink and you miss him character. He doesn’t do anything. Looks cool but that’s it.

Wait I forgot the original release had a Deadite head. So what really is the point?

Not to say it isn’t cool but really this could have been an alternate sculpt with the regular figure and that would have been enough. I don’t care about the Deadite version enough to buy the figure.

Personally I’m still of the opinion it was dumb to dump basically all the big TOS/movie and TNG figures at once given those are what a lot of people want most. They could have staggered things out better instead of the mindset of “making hard decisions and what brings you the most smiles” or...

Got my invoice today too. A bit on the fence with paying it because of all the QC issues. I want the figure but just hope I don’t get one with a bunch of problems.

Looks really good. Not the fault of Hot Toys but I wish Tech’s outfit matched the rest of the team. Otherwise though he looks awesome and can’t wait to put him with the rest of the team.

The hair on Kruge is pretty good in my opinion. Not the greatest rooting job but it gets the job done.

This company is making even more obscure choices than EXO though. Makes sense though as I don’t think EXO would have survived if they released these characters as their first releases. In the smaller scale it might work. I’m curious to see what happens but not sure if I’ll buy into this line.

Yeah, us sixth scale collectors are the minority by far. Not many are spending multiple hundreds on single figures. Figures in the $20-$30 range still seem to have a pretty wide audience if done well. Stuff like NECA offerings, DC Multiverse, and Marvel Legends remain popular. The...

Packaging is nice for Kruge. One thing that kind of stinks is when I opened mine the tape from the plastic bag stuck to the top a bit and took off some of the foil lettering. 🙁

I’m kind of over the Nolan Batman films but if I get a waitlist conversion on Bane I think I’ll grab him. Have the original but the 2.0 looks like a big upgrade.

What happened with him and the Batmobile? I watch his content occasionally but not all of it.

As much as I complain about pricing isn’t this similar to the InArt Joker premium two pack? I guess difference is the Joker figures were rooted.
