I mean sure but still kind of an excuse for a subpar paint job on some of the sculpts.
If it was any other company the criticisms would come left and right. Star Trek fans seem blinded by being told no one else will make them so accept it or not.
TNG Worf may be a while from the sounds of things. Nanjin made a comment a few months ago or so that his Baldric is a problem to replicate in sixth scale and he was unsure of how they’re going to make it without high costs.
I kind of feel like since there were two figures that appeal to a wider base (TMP McCoy and TNG Crusher) maybe we’ll get a break with something that doesn’t appeal to everyone. PIC Worf or something from SNW would be a good choice.
I’ve been getting a bit more into Multiverse lately. Ordered the Knightfall Batman (blue and gray) from eBay.
Also pre-ordered these yesterday.
Batman (Silver Age) with Ace the Bat Hound
Batman from Batman: Noel
NECA really milks TMNT for anything. Apparently they’re doing an exclusive based on a deleted scene of Kevin Eastman as a garbage man from the first movie. Not gonna lie I might still get it but it’s a bit crazy how far they’ll go. :lol...
I won an InArt detonator. They had a contest a while back and were giving out 100 of them. Not sure what I’ll do with it since I don’t have the figure. Maybe I’ll use it with a Hot Toys Joker.
I don’t think it’s coming either. Delay after delay with no updates whatsoever. I’m surprised that another company or a third party hasn’t attempted to make the character.
I think my entire collection is under 200 figures and I’ve been collecting since 2012.
Some people just get too buy happy when getting into hobbies like this. I have a decent amount on pre-order but generally pace myself pretty well to not overwhelm my wallet or space.
I’d love to get a Nightwing. One of my favorite characters. I’ve thought of buying the SooSoo version a few times.
If the Batgirl isn’t hard to get and expensive maybe I’ll try for her.
I like the new colors on Batgirl. The gold Batman is just ugly though. Not sure why they bother with stuff like that when it seems like most collectors don’t want to buy stuff like it. I’d have loved a new Batman from Arkham Asylum or a 2.0 from Arkham City.
The Stallone Shop figures have come out reasonably fast. I think all were with a year or so of the initial pre-order. They’ve had four figures go up and three are released.
