Hot Toys - TMS136 - Savage Oppress 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

Delete if not allowed for this thread… At this point, I think I’ll get Kotobukiya Ahsoka and Rex to represent the Clone Wars. They look the most like the show designs. I think I’d get Maul if they expand on this line and made Bo-Katan and other characters.

    Blitzway Star Wars license

So stoked for this. I think I’ll have him in the Padmé force choking pose.

Hot Toys - TMS136 - Savage Oppress 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

In a way, I should be grateful this line isn’t animated style. My wallet would’ve been shot. I’d just have rather had a Savage figure that looks like the guy. I love animation and have never had issue with it being used as another medium to tell a story, the character designs themselves stand on...

Hot Toys - TMS136 - Savage Oppress 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

I wish I liked their CW Ahsoka. That portrayal by Ashley Eckstein is one of my favorite characters in SW, and the figure just doesn’t look like the animated character. I’ll include that figure as a total fail lol. Simply put, I wish this line was animated ala ITSV line, but like you said...

    InArt: 1/6 Superman (Cavill)

It’s funny how we all have different perspectives. I’d say INART definitely won the Battinson battle. Ledger Joker to me is a draw, given both have pros and cons. Pennywise isn’t a fair head-to-head comparison but INART's is the one to have, imo. So I’d say it’s 2-0-1 in favor of INART. W...

    InArt: 1/6 Superman (Cavill)

I think we’re so accustomed to Hot Toys and their toyish and huge proportions. I’d rather how INART did it vs a roided out body.

    Collection End Game?

Damn, some of you guys have restraint as to not forsake accuracy. I respect that. I am still able to derive joy from figures that aren’t as “perfect” as they can be. Most of my Hot Toys figures are like that for me, pretty much all Star Wars, but I have to have them, it’s my favorite IP.

Hot Toys - TMS136 - Savage Oppress 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

Very hit or miss. I wish they updated ROTS Sidious’s portrait.

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

Damn looks like this is a must have. Anyone want to trade for Artisan Anakin?

    InArt: 1/6 Superman (Cavill)

Hot Toys have mastered the vinyl plastic they use for tons of figures. They use it on figures that aren’t even supposed to have that material, like MoM Scarlet Witch. In the film, her outfit is fabric but Hot Toys gave her the rubbery vinyl. Edit: I’m sure Hot Toys will easily nail the...

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

Yeah the sculpted isn’t really good on INART’s. Of course Hot Toys sculpted is better. I’ve mainly been talking about the rooted offerings. I also think the Batman rooted sculpt is pointless as the cowl should be the preferred sculpt to use, but people do like it and definitely find it...

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

I believe companies can showcase things even if it’s not officially approved yet. I believe they have the excerpt which states: pending licensing approval or something like that. I feel like I’ve seen that before. But I might be wrong lol

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

    * the eyes are fine if you do the mod. I think both are good, do things better or worse than the other in their own ways, but to say the INART is a** as so many are saying is disingenuous imo. But I get it, people stick to whatever narrative they have. I really do think the INART needs more...

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

Allegedly. INART asked about it but WB said they don’t allow that. Which would make sense and line up with there never being a Nurse Joker after all these years, even with Hot Toys. But we hate INART, so let’s not take their word and continue to wishfully hope lol

Allegedly, the licensor won’t allow Nurse Joker collectibles.

More specifically, it’s the pupils that are closer. And you can fix that. For the last time, but if you convert to SERS, problem solved lol.

    Blitzway Star Wars license

Finally secured!! Not to excited about it being through Spec but it was still my preferred option. Can’t wait for 5 years to get this thing (3 years after it’s officially released lol). When I do receive, I know I’ll be excited though. Love the Prequels and this will be a defining centerpiece...

1/6 Hot Toys -TMS102 - The Clone Wars: Darth Sidious

As always, amazing shots. I think you’ve sold me on wanting to get the sculpt and the clean hands for an alternate look paired with the live-action version of the outfit/body (ROTS figure on PO).

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - 1/6th scale Darth Maul™ Collectible Figure (25th anniversary)

It’s kind of annoying they don’t include the sand top for the base with the Collector’s. I plan to pose Maul in his Tatooine look, not Duel of the Fates.
