Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

The drape cape is separate and isn't used. I think the wings have its own fabric piece that goes under his cowl and over his shoulder and is attached to the top part of the wings.

By "fall away" do you mean fall off? He still has the cape draped over the shoulder in the film with the wings. I don't know, the whole scene is ridiculous lol, like where did he even get this from. I thought it was just Burton trying to portray his normal cape having the capability to turn into...

I'm guessing it's like that to avoid paint rubbing off the face sculpt if it comes into contact with the cowl piece. You can see from a more top down angle that the head doesn't actually touch the cowl.

1/6 - ThreeZero Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Toys Battalion red ranger is pretty botched. Completely different color reds.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Nah, the HT eyes are pretty impressive with how close they get to the real ones. These just look cartoonish and misshapen. Entire eyeball paint looks a bit too rough too, like her eyes have the same texture as her skin.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Catwoman's eyes look pretty dead to me, on top of the sloppy paint for the eye detail

Their neutral sculpts weren't able to capture the intensity of Michelle. Maybe when they have the rolling eyes implemented.

Nah, I was thinking about getting the Inart but I just don't have any use or interest for the bundled Arthur figure to pay $1300 for that piece :ROFLMAO: With Inart and JND possibly doing Burton Batmans too and limited space, can't say I care much for Todd's Joker in figure form.

You were pretty excited for Artisan Phoenix Joker. New movie was that bad? :p

I don't think Jaxon has said anything about 3 faceplates or price. He's only just shown the one current work-in-progress and said it's coming soon.

That Bruce head sculpt alone is worth $55 imo, let alone the diorama. I haven't heard of any ripped suits from DX09 or Returns 1.0

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

I think they might do 3 faceplates with moveable eyes like their Batman

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Yeah mass produced hand-painted static eyes are just going to be a huge downgrade from HT and Inart figures. Joost mentioned with moveable they'll be able to get the eyes to look really realistic, just look at the new Bruce headsculpt from HT. The moveable eye system will be reusable for Jazzinc...

Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

Returns 2.0 details: "The highly-detailed 1/6th scale figure perfectly captures Michael Keaton’s Batman appearance in Batman Returns, featuring a Batman cowled head with separate rolling eyeballs and interchangeable lower faces; a newly developed specialized body that perfectly showcases...

Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

Yeah the fact they put together all of these PR images using the old figure cowl/face sculpt leads me to believe they won't be doing any changes in that regard to the cowl and face plates. Still possible they can just remove the back plate and have us adjust eyes under the neck. The 89 2.0...

Too many assumptions in what can potentially happen, might as well assume mass-painted static side eyes will be all googly eyed.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Moveable eyes with face plates is the better option. The eye expressions are pretty much the same in the clean version. I think Joost implied it’s not yet decided on if the battle damage will only have one head since the eye expression changes there are more extreme
