    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Yep, that’s the one. :lol Thanks man.
  2. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

Between the weird magnetic bat emblem on the hubcaps (that we’re supposed to fix with double sided tape?), every test Batmobile having the canopy door gap, cheap metallic paint on the switches (which look better on the Hot Toys), sunken in spots, areas where the paint has dust underneath it, the...

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Anyone have that picture showing the neck connectors for both the DX09 and this? It was brought up when someone asked about swapping heads between the two.

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

I just feel the JazzInc went a little too heavy on the gloss. In some reviews where they show it up close the finish reminds me of the DC Multiverse Flash version. It looks fantastic, the car is beautiful and I’m excited to get it, but I guess I just envision the black paint being a bit...

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

This + the paintjob on the Hot Toys Batmobile would be nice. Hot Toys’ looks more like real metal IMO.

Bandai SH Figuarts 1/12 Beetlejuice (1988)

First pics just dropped. Looks incredible.
  7. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

This thing is already made - they’re just adjusting the packing material. No way any changes like that get made now.

    SooSoo - 1/6 SST-057 Mr. Ice (Mr. Freeze: Batman & Robin, 1997)

Should be getting mine Friday. :yess:
  9. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

What’s funny is that he gushed all over the half-assed Hot Toys 1989 Batman reissue, saying the bumpy suit “wasn’t a big deal, as the cape covers 90% of it”.

WTB Hot Toys DX09 head/neck adaptor

Hey all, I’m looking for the weird neck adaptor that connects the head to the body for the Hot Toys DX09 1989 Batman if anyone happens to have one laying around. Thank you :)

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

    Anyone selling a DX09 suit + body? :monkey1

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Can the 2.0 hands, gauntlets, shins, and boots all fit onto the DX09 body + suit? Or are there any weird changes Hot Toys made to prevent that?
  13. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

They’re just intended to make sure the packaging prevents any issues during transportation. Joost mentioned he’s going to be adding some additional packing to help prevent some of the dents and paint scratches we’ve seen so far.

    Beetlejuice 2

How did this movie not do the most obvious thing imaginable and open with Beetlejuice’s number finally being called?
  15. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

I like the idea of testing how these’ll be shipped, but maybe a review embargo on the test batch would’ve been the way to go. These should’ve been solely to give Joost himself feedback - not farm views for having and reviewing it before anyone else, when what they have isn’t even technically...

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

If you end up going that route I’d love to see pictures. That sounds interesting.
  17. Captain Clown

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

Why are the bat symbols on the rims even magnetic, and not permanently affixed? Were there scenes without them?
  18. Captain Clown

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

I’m keeping my order, but I did cave and order Unreal’s cowl; It looks insanely good. One of Jaxon’s capes would be nice too… I hate myself. :lol
  19. Captain Clown

    Beetlejuice 2

Just got back from seeing this. I can’t believe how flat and uninspired this was. Keaton is totally neutered and not nearly as funny and outrageous as he was in the first movie. Lydia’s character was completely butchered seeming so they could use the same arc she had in the first movie for Jenna...
