2double8ight hasn't disappointed yet. So I have faith we will get a quality product from him.

Just got my shipping notice for M3GAN. Hopefully it'll be decent. Kinda lost some excitement for Mondo products since their MacReady release.

I wet my fingers and a tooth brush and gently brushed it loosening the hair up from the product in it. These were all outdoor pics as the sun was going down this evening. Tried to get some good natural light shots.

Gandalf still beats this imo. And the reason is the facial hair. Gandalf can get away with almost photorealism with the real beard etc. Aragorns painted stubble cant pass that photorealism under hard critism. Probably Inarts Pennywise toothy grin sculpt Beats this out as well. Non InArt...

I agree. All KP bases have been great.

Off the top of my head InArt Gandalf is still the better figure in my eyes. Kjun MacReady from the Thing And my custom Indiana Jones are all ahead of Aragorn.

Hes definitely one of the best figures in my collection. Maybe in the top 3 or 5. Haven't decided where he lands yet. 🤔

So finally got my Shards of Narsil. I'm actually pretty impressed with it! Beautifully done. I like that they updated it with the colors. Aragorn/Strider display complete now until I get my cloak from 2double8ight. If anyone is interested in getting the statue it's on sale with free shipping...

Most people will use the Elven cloak as that is what he wears for the majority of the Trilogy. But those that wanted the Strider/Ranger look from Fellowship are the ones upset about the cloak.

For sculpt I would go with Harpers.

As good as InArts tailoring is, it still won't match custom work. 2double8ights work is excellent. Plus striving for screen accuracy. I gotta say I'm glad InArt fumbled the ball on this so I will have a better cloak when it's said and done. InArt is in a damned if you do damned if you don't...
