I recently dug in 1/6 WW2 figures. I get the same feeling regards the satisfaction they provide. I have 5 of them with a sixth on pre order. Also the historic relevance of them is something a fictional space war can't replicate imo. I have also gotten into the 1/48 hobbymaster warbirds line.

It's is a damn fine figure anyway. Open one of these with the real wood rifles and real leather and die-cast parts makes many Hot Toys feel like a 20 dollar barbie.

I'm glad Hot Toys is giving something other than Star Wars and Marvel to collectors. But....it's quite telling everybody loses it when they get a re-release or a repaint of a figure that's been done before by Hot Toys. When you are starving and somebody throws you a bone, you will chew it up...

Another agree here. They suck. Everything interesting is coming from third-party companies. Dinsey killed Star Wars and Marvell for me.
