It looks good. It's difficult to sculpt thinning hair.

The best Keaton head sculpt is the one from Flash. The likeness is perfect. I wish they could just use that head, but with less wrinkles for the new batman and it would also work for Beetlejuice. Oor just get that sculptor to sculpt all the Keaton figures.

I wish he didn't come with that big base. Big base means big box. A simple release like the 89 Batman would be a nice option for people that don't want a diorama.

I was not expecting them to include so much, even the shrunken head. The packaging should be cool too, since it's a deluxe figure. Maybe a metal box, with art work similar to the original poster.
