So it sounds like it's safe to buy the DX08 Joker? Just want to make sure the 1st figure I buy is gonna be worth the ~$300 and isn't gonna start falling apart on me in a few years. Is that figure made from rubber?

Does anyone know if the Joker DX08 suffers from bad deterioration? I don't own a single toy and I really wanted the DX08, but if it is going to deteriorate in a few years that really turns me off.

Thank you for your response. I'll look into the UV-cut tint and see if that is plausible for me. I'm thinking since I have a wide closet, could be a better place to put figures away from direct sunlight

Sorry for the dumb question, but do they have display cases that are UV protected to help against sunlight? Seems like from the responses, sunlight is the #1 culprit. I don't really have a spare room to start a collection in, and my bedroom has a lot of sunlight. Can't keep the blinds down...
